Are your products really handmade?
Yes. All of our leather products are carefully handmade in our small workshop in the Netherlands. From cutting the leather to stitching and finishing, every step is done by hand to ensure quality and attention to detail.
What type of leather do you use?
We use high-quality genuine leather that is selected for its durability and natural character. Because leather is a natural material, each piece may have small variations in texture or color, making every product unique.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalised with initials, names, or short messages. Personalised items make great gifts and add a unique touch to your leather product.
Can I personalise the product myself?
Yes. Our items are designed so that leathercraft hobbyists can personalise them themselves. You can add your own stamps, laserprint, or finishing to make the product completely unique.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and will be shown during checkout in our Etsy shop
Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?
Because every item is handmade and leather is a natural material, slight differences in color, grain, or markings can occur. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. If there is an issue caused by craftsmanship or materials, please contact us and we will be happy to help find a suitable solution.
However, products that have been modified or personalised by the customer (for example through stamping, tooling, dyeing, or other alterations) are not covered under warranty. Once a product has been altered, we cannot guarantee the original condition of the leather or construction.
How do I care for my leather product?
Leather is a durable natural material that develops a beautiful patina over time. To keep your product in good condition, avoid excessive moisture and occasionally treat it with a suitable leather conditioner.
